Commission Credit & Rights :● You may use the commissions for personal use, but please credit me as the artist.● I have the right to post the commission on social media as part of my Portfolio. Full Body : 90$● Colored sketch and Lineart gets simple backgrounds. Ex : colored geometric shapes / sky and clouds etc.● Lineart + Background gets relatively detailed backgrounds with characters on a scene. Extra cost for super complex backgrounds depending on complexity.- Simple background example : just a sky as a background, flat colors geometric shape etc.- Complex background example :
I would consider a background complex when the character is in a scene that shows a lot of details, for example the character is sitting in a coffee shop, you can see the cashier counter, other patrons, workers, the ceiling lights, windows etc.- Characters with complex design cost extra, Ex: Genshin Characters design.
- If you order more than one characters you pay for each character that has that complexity
Example: 2 characters where only one has complex designs, you only pay for one complex added cost. If 2 characters both have complex designs you for each of them.Workflow :● I work on half payments, first half payment upfront and the other half payment when it's finished● I will give a sketch according to your specifications at the start according to your specifications.● If a sketch is approved, I will continue working based on those sketches, any changes after it's approved may cost extra.● You may ask for updates anytime, but If I do not reply, please do take note of possible time differences, situations, and whether I have my laptop in hand at that time.● When the illustration is done you may ask for small changes for free, large changes cost extra after 75% completion.
- small changes like accessories for examplePayment :● For international commission, I only use and receive payment via PayPal (USD).● Half of the payment upfront and other half when the illustration is finished.● No money can be refunded after a sketch is approved and given the green light for me to continue working on it to completion.● You are entitled to a refund if I don't work on the commission for more than 30 Days.Revisions :● Changing idea/request revision are allowed once for free in the sketch phase.● Revisions after the sketch phase will be charged extra● I will give 1 free complete overhaul if the first sketch is completely not to your liking and you want to change it, or if you have a change of ideas. any more than that cost extra.
Note : Please make sure you have a concrete Idea before commissioning.● Massive changes after 75% progress will be charged an extra price about 70% of the normal price.Ex: changes to the character, outfit, hairstyle, or pose that are totally different from the previous idea.Change in small Accessories, or background props are allowed to some extentDeadline :● Bust up and Half Body commissions will take give or take 1 week.● Full Body will take give or take 2 weeks.● Depending on the complexity it may take me more time to finish.● If you order more than 1 character it will take longer.If there's something you don't understand, feel free to ask me for clarifications anytime :)
